Shipping rates
Standard shipping within the United States is free on all orders. We currently ship to United States addresses only. Available methods and final rates are always confirmed at checkout before payment.

Made-to-order production
Our products are produced after an order is placed. Most orders leave production within 2–7 business days after submission. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; seasonal volume, stock availability, order size, or a quality recheck may extend production.

Delivery estimates
Average shipping time within the United States is approximately 2–7 business days after production is complete. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; the selected service, destination, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control can affect delivery. Any order-specific delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

Tracking and split shipments
When tracked service is available, tracking information is provided after the carrier receives the shipment. The first scan can take time to appear. Items may be produced or shipped separately, so one order can arrive in multiple packages.

Address changes
Review the delivery address before checkout. Email us immediately if a correction is needed. We may be able to update an address before fulfillment advances, but changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment begins.

Delayed, lost, or returned packages
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, shows delivery but the package cannot be found, or a package is returned to sender, email info@faithmarked.com with your order number. We will review the carrier and fulfillment information and explain the available next step.
