These Terms of Service govern your use of the Faith Marked website and your purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in our footer.

Online store terms

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You may not use the site or products for unlawful purposes, interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, or misuse another person's information.

Product and order information

We work to present product descriptions, colors, pricing, compatibility, and availability accurately. Screens and print processes can produce minor color differences. We may correct errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or request additional verification where reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Made-to-order products

Products are generally produced for the product and device model selected at checkout. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Review the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and order information.

Promotional codes and offers

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any stated conditions, may be limited to one use per customer, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed. Offers cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Intellectual property

The site's branding, designs, artwork, text, photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Faith Marked and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal purchase of a product does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially use its artwork.

Third-party services and links

The store uses Shopify and other service providers. Third-party links and services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Faith Marked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such exclusions are permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
